Whether Tsarukyan is congratulating the President, "Hraparak" tried to clarify from Tsarukyan's press secretary Iveta Tonoyan. It turned out once again, that "Tsarukyan is abroad, that's why I do not have any information, whether he will congratulate or not."

Or might he leave on purpose not to congratulate?

Later the newspaper revealed that Tsarukyan is in France.
