"On Nov. 25, the ruling coalition’s Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP) representatives refused to comment on the news that they would run in the upcoming parliamentary elections in a united list with the other coalition partners, namely, Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and the Rule of Law Party (RLP). 

Our sources continue to maintain that, not only the decision was confirmed but also PAP Chairman Gagik Tsarukyan agreed with the third place in this united list. The list will be topped by President Serzh Sargsyan. With this turn, the second place will be designated for PM Tigran Sargsyan. Government sources inform that, although Tsarukyan has initially agreed to this version, he wants the second place in this list. RLP Chairman and National Security Council Secretary Arthur Baghdasaryan is not in this list, as he wants to become Armenia’s Chief Prosecutor, before the elections,” "Haykakan Zhamanak" daily writes.
