The National Seismic Protection Service of the Armenian Emergency Situations` Ministry informs that on Nov. 25, 21:16pm, an earthquake with 2.8 magnitudes was registered to 9 kilometers north-west of Shamkhor city, in Azerbaijan.

The earthquake occurred 10 kilometers beneath the surface and the tremor measured 3-4 magnitudes in the epicenter.
