Yesterday, on Nov. 25, gunshots were heard in Yerevan. As photojournalist Gagik Shamshan informed LURER.com from the scene, at about 21:00pm, gunshots were heard in Yerevan, in Javazyan 64 street.
The police squad, together with officers from the Police Force’s Special Department against Organized Crime immediately arrived on the scene. The police managed to neutralize the person who was firing from the window of 9-storied building and arrest.
The neighbours told Gagkik Shamshyan that the latter, who was shooting, was businessman Ashot Ghazaryan, whose son had entered the university in Moscow, and during the party organized to this event, Ghazaryan with his friend decided to shoot in the air with guns. Both two were arrested and taken to the police station.
People gathered on the scene, informed the photojournalist that Ashot Ghazaryan was hardly standing on his feet. They were taken to hospital to determine the degree of their sobriety.
