Today, on Nov. 26, there was a car crash in Tavush Region of Armenia. As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed LURER.com from the scene, at about 02:50am, on the 111km of Yerevan-Ijevan highway the driver of "VAZ 21 07"-"25 OO 476" car, resident of Noyemberyan Andrey Margaryan, born in 1983, entered the opposite zone, hit the iron barrier and trundling about 15 meters appeared in Aghstev river.
People, gathered on the scene, told the photojournalist that the passengers Rafik Babajanyan, resident of Noyemberyan, born in 1986, and resident of Gegharkunik Region's Argut village Andranik Bayanduryan, born in 1990, were taken out of the river by the police inspectors.
People gathered informed Gagik Shamshyan that the driver of the car, Andrey Margaryan was the son of Defense Ministry colonel Sergey Karapetyan working as Ijevan "x" unit commander of RA Ministry of Defense who on December of the last year caused gunshot wounds to several citizens in Ijevan town and was now arrested.
