"Thieves in law" of City Hall

Again City Hall, and again, at least strange phenomenon, if it's not amazing.This time about poor and old drivers of the minibuses. It is a fact, that it has been long time, and more specifically, after Taron's lies, no one can believe in the Municipality as a serious institution any longer. The municipality, together with its employees, rather than do everything to correct this situation, to save their boss, do exactly the opposite, more and more diminish serious political ambitions of Taron Margaryan, thereby rolling him the abyss.

Thus, I had "luck" to meet the municipality's employees these days. Probably, the municipality decided to punish the people in order to get rid of clutches of winter snow, especially poor people, directing them against the heavy artillery of the municipality "thieves in law", who fine, forgive, and in some cases punish.

I got on the minibus ... when it started to move, suddenly 2, about 40-50 years-old men dressed "in  black", approached the minibus, one from the driver's door, the other one in the front of the other: they both opened the door and began aggressively threatening driver who, by the way, was a man about 60-years old, thin, poor and helpless.

"Once, I see these, you will have to give 50 thousand drams, hey, do you listen to me?"

All this was a direct threat without taking into account the presence of passengers: the driver's curt reply sounded:

"All right, I will definitely remove."

While the other man actively and aggressively was trying to tear the stencil of the minibus, but when he heard the driver's answer, the man who threatened to fine the driver, told his friend not to tear them.

Both of them closed the doors and left. The driver rushed to thank, but the "knights of truth" had already left. When the car moved, I tried to find out who they were and what they wanted, it turned out, that they were City Hall officials, who followed the minibuses' cleanliness, by the way, on which there was the old number to remind people.

What is it? Is the City Hall now speaking the language of threats, or is it natural? The answer to this question is likely to give the Mayor, who, however, seems to be in a totally different line, does not notice the rapid increase in the number of threats on behalf of those who are threatened by him and the citizens without any embarrassment.

Has the Municipality opened a new staff with "Thief in law" name, who screams, threatens, punishes and sometimes, pardons.

It is time to take measures to put an end to this, on behalf of the authorities to threaten the citizens in their own country, it's Taron's turn, and people should be dictators of time...
