A 6.1 magnitude earthquake hit southwest Argentina.

According to the US geological service the earthquake’s source was at the depth of 585 kilometers while the earthquake focus was 28 kilometers to the east from the city of Suncho Corral.

There have been no reports about victims and damage, RBC reports.
