Sometimes the communication between our respected oligarchs and journalists, for some reason does not work. In some cases, the reason for this are personal qualities: it is not a secret that for some people (it is, of course, about a layer of society which considers itself above the law) it is hard to imagine a dialogue on some level. But next to these there are also situations that it is not really possible to communicate with this person. A striking example of this was an incident between the National Assembly deputy Mher Sedrakyan and journalist Mher Arshakyan, who received a negative evaluation from the Commission on the Ethics of the National Assembly. What was the reason that at this time Mher Sedrakyan behaved in this way because the journalist's elemental desire to ask a question, probably knows the deputy, but to argue that this behavior is characteristic of Mher Sedrakyan will be probably not be right.
