"Haykakan Zhamanak": The face of power does not change

On February 22 Armavir Mayor Ruben Khlghatyan resigned. He explained that Serzh Sargsyan received in Armavir few votes, and there won Raffi Hovannisyan. Yesterday, however, it became known to the newspaper "Haykakan Zhamanak" that Khlghatyan's statement was not accepted, and he would remain in his position.

To note that a few days ago there were rumors about the resignation of the Mayor of Vanadzor Samvel Darbinyan, which were not confirmed. Republican Armen Ashotyan referring to the resignations, said that the face of power is changing. In fact, it is not changing.
