"Aravot": 720 million drams were returned to the state budget

According to the newspaper "Aravot", from the state-owned enterprise of the Ministry of Urban Development, "Office of the urban development program" in 2013, the state budget was returned to 2012 budget in the amount of 720 million drams.

It is noteworthy that President Serzh Sargsyan's declaration against "kickbacks" for the first time revealed the numbers. One can asssume that the size of "kickbacks" was previously in this way.
