Hours ago RA Chief of Police, General-Lieutenant Vladimir Gasparyan signed an order.

As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed LURER.com, by the order of RA Chief of Police, Head of Kotayk Investigation Division of Yerevan Main Police Inspection Department, police Colonel Valentin Papyan was dismissed and sent to reserve personnel.
