General Secretary of Switzerland-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group Sargis Shahinian in an interview with "Haykakan Zhamanak" assessing the February 18 elections, announced that its results had been falsified.

"How did it really happen that Gyumri and such a large mass of such communities and regions gave their votes to Raffi Hovannisian?" Sargis Shahinian stated and added. "Let Serzh Sargsyan think a little and make political analysis."
