"Rollbacks" of DM senior officers

As the reliable sources of Lurer.comreport, the head of the Military Police, Colonel Samvel Ghukasyan decided to get rich quickly. The latter ordered all employees of the Military Police to be insured with CJSC "Rosgosstrakh-Armenia", which resulted in dissatisfaction of employees. Samvel Ghukasyan gets from each employee at vip package 20-25 000 rollbacks, and the total price for each social package is 132 000 AMD.

It turns out that the process of insurance in the army took over the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Haykaz Bagmanyan with his son.

Naturally, all this has led to resentment of commanders since the latters are forced to be insured with vip package, as with vip package rollbacks' size increases. And commanders are unhappy, because the whole money is rolled back into the pocket of one man.
