What did Serzh Sargsyan suggest Raffi Hovannisyan? Details of the secret meeting

We have managed to clarify some details of the meeting between Serzh Sargsyan and Raffi Hovannisyan. The leader of "Heritage" party, however, forced to wait for him a whole day and kept the society in dark, the next day tried to be honest and tell the details of the meeting. However, it should be noted that Raffi Hovannisian's frankness was not complete, and not all found its place in this frankness. In particular, Hovannisian limited only of what he proposed President Serzh Sargsyan, to declare the elections invalid, abolish the National Assembly ... in which Serzh Sargsyan, as you know, gave a negative answer.

On this occasion, in fact, we can say that Raffi Hovannisian's frankness was 100 percent. Such proposals must be said, in fact, were made by Raffi Hovannisian, and the President's position in this is also completely true. The only thing that is still trying to hide from people the leader of "Heritage" party, is what has been proposed exactly to Raffi Hovannisian. So, the only thing one can doubt about Raffi Hovannisian's sincerity is probably that.

And the fact that Serzh Sargsyan actually invited Raffi Hovannisian, not only to hear from him any suggestions, but to make some suggestions, was said before Hovhannisyan's visit to the presidential residence, during and after the visit.

And so, according to our sources, Serzh Sargsyan made Raffi Hovannisian, in particular, two proposals:

1. To take part in municipal elections in Yerevan, that is, to measure the forces of the Mayor of Yerevan. Certainly it is difficult to say whether the president has given any guarantee Hovannisian that he will win in this election, in which only the leader of the winning political power can apply for the post of Mayor.

2. To take the lead in one or two spheres, directly or indirectly, by presenting candidates with leadership skills in this sphere.

Serzh Sargsyan's proposal Raffi Hovannisian, in his turn, replied in negative.

That's all. But why the candidate, who took the second place in the presidential election in Armenia, still maintains silence is probably known to himself, the President of the republic and those who are familiar with all the details of this meeting. By the way, there are also rumors that Raffi Hovannisian has been given 10 days to think about it, after which he must submit his chosen compromise.
