"Yerkir": Oligarchic games.

"The number one concern of ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), these days, is the Party list to be prepared for the upcoming parliamentary elections.

As it is known, Armenian President and RPA Chairman Serzh Sargsyan declared that the oligarchs of the current parliament will not be nominated. But according to our information, the oligarchs are trying to find, at any cost, a way to have their presence in the parliament, even indirectly.  

Now, the RPA-member oligarch MPs wish to insert to the parliament their close friend-associate youth, who have higher education, who wear ties, and, most importantly, who could become easily-used tools in their hands. 

There are rumors that the oligarchs are prepared to assist and finance the pre-election campaign on the condition that their chosen ones are included in the lists,” "Yerkir" daily writes.
