"Hraparak": Gagik Tsarukyan to congratulate Serzh Sargsyan?

The leader of "Prosperous Armenia" Gagik Tsarukyan did not attend the meeting, who had to go back the day before the meeting, but postponed his return and arrived last night, the newspaper says. None of the PAP's political team met him, only Sedrak Arustamyan. No matter, Tsarukyan will congratulate Serzh Sargsyan on re-election, according to the sources of the newspaper.
