14-year-old Russian pianist makes splash in N.Y.

Sunday saw a concert presentation of the Musical Olympus Festival at Carnegie Hall in New York.
Russia was represented by 14-year-old pianist Daniil Kharitonov who played a spate of pieces by Franz Liszt, Pyotr Tchaikovsky and Sergei Rachmaninoff, a performance that made a splash among the audience.
The Musical Olympus Festival is annually held in St.Petersburg.
