Shakhtar arrived in Dortmund

An orange and black Airbus 320 with Shakhtar Donetsk on board landed at Dortmund airport. It took the plane a little over than three hours to cover an air distance between the Donbass capital and the largest city of Germany’s Ruhr Area.

During the flight the plane picked up speed of 850 km per hour. The air temperature was about -50C. In general, the Pitmen made a long way, flying over the territories of Ukraine, Poland and Germany. The players were traditionally spending their time with gadgets: reading, listening to music, watching films, playing or just napping.

Dortmund met the champions of Ukraine with good weather and 4C. The first thing our guys did was setting their clocks back an hour, before undergoing passport control and getting luggage. It should be said that Shakhtar’s arrival caused a certain portion of interest in the Dortmund airport: fans were taking autographs, and some journalists were recording videos and taking pictures. After that, the Pitmen boarded the bus to go to the Radisson Blu Hotel.
