Another earthquake shocked Van, Turkey, on Monday at 12:15 a.m.
The magnitude 4.9 tremor’s epicenter was nearby the city’s Kavurma village, and 4.5 kilometers beneath the surface.
The new quake also caused panic among Van’s residents, Hurriyet daily of Turkey reported.
To note, the earthquake that hit Van on October 23 had claimed 604 lives, and the quake that shook the city on November 9 had killed 40.
