RA Chief of Police signed new appointments and dismissals.

RA Chief of Police, General-Leutunant Vladimir Gasparyan signed new orders. As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan informed LURER.com, by the order of Vladimir Gasparyan former chief of Gyumri police deparment Arthur Bichakhyan was appointed Head of Yeghvard police department.

By another order Head of Yeghvard police department Karapet Ginosyan was dismissed from his position and appointed Head of Kotayk Region`s investigation devision of RA main police investigation department.  Chief of Ashtarak passport service Manvel Baghdasaryan was dismissed.  Head of Armavir passport service Razmik Tonoyan  was also dismissed from his post. A new chief of Armavir passport service was appointed Razmik Hakobyan.
