In case of being elected the NA Chairman, I`ll also handle other constitutionally provided rights and responsibilities, first of all ensuring the normal functioning of the parliament. So in case of being elected, I will be not only the Speaker of political majority, but the whole Parliament, where also exist two opposing factions and independent deputies", Samvel Nikoyan announced in his speech yesterday in the parliament".
