"Haykakan Zhamanak": A matter of honor.

"Yesterday it became known that there were three other defendants concerning the criminal case of  the former head of RA traffic police Margar Ohanyan. 

They are Stepan Karakhanyan, Ara Levonyan and Samvel Makhmuryan. All the three are former employees of the road police, towards whom signature for not leaving the country was adopted as a preventive measure. We have already reported that the SIS has completed the preliminary investigation of M. Ohanyan`s criminal case. Investigator T. Tamanyan said yesterday that in the coming days the case would be sent to court. Before this time  Ohanyan`s lawyer M.Vasakyan is getting acquainted with the case materials who today will already introduce petition. By the way Vasakyan yesterday informed that Ohanyan had recently transferred 57 million drams to the budget. By the words of the lawyer it does not mean that Ohanyan finds himself guilty. "It is just a matter of honor. The incident took place in the body controlled by him", said Vasakyan. In response to the question from where Margar Ohanyan got such amount of money, the lawyer answered  that the money was gathered by Ohanyan`s relatives and friends", the newspaper writes.
