Auction for the sale of MFA building did not take place

There were no buyers during the auction for the sale of of the 2nd building of the Armenian government with a total area 14.2 thousand square meters.

This means that the auction was canceled. Press Secretary of the Department of State Property Management of the Government of Armenia Margarita Sargsyan in an interview with Lurer.com said that previously signed contract with JSC "Tango" will be in force till April 30.

To note, the Armenian government in the course of October 4, 2012 meeting decided to sell for 51.271 million MFA building. The buyer was CJSC "Tango", which belongs to Argentinean businessman of Armenian origin Eduardo Eurnekian.
