Russia’s Sberbank offers coins with images of Sochi Olympics mascot

Russia’s Sberbank bank has offered for sale new coins with the images of next year’s Sochi Winter Olympics mascot, the polar bear.

The coins feature an embossed image of the bear, the inscription Sochi-2014 on the left, and the five Olympic rings, under it.

Three such coins are available for purchase, - a three-rouble silver one, and two gold coins with a nominal value of 50 roubles and 100 roubles.

The Sochi Olympics official mascots are also the snow leopard and the hare, RIA reports.
