Yerevan stands up for Sergey Lavrov’s call addressed to Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Official Yerevan stands up for the call of Moscow addressed to Armenia and Azerbaijan on Nagorno-Karabakh issue. "We support Russian FM Sergey Lavrov's call voiced December 6 at the plenary sitting of the OSCE Council of Foreign Ministers," RA FM Edward Nalbandian stated.
Minister Nalbandian noted that it is necessary to bring to life the proposals, which have been worked out in the recent two years on the initiative of Russian President Dmitry Medvedev as a result of participation in the meetings of the Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents, "Interfax" reported. Those meetings have been also held in collaboration with US and French Presidents Barack Obama and Nicolas Sarkozy.
At OSCE ministerial gathering launched December 6 in Vilnius, Sergey Lavrov called Armenia and Azerbaijan to follow the proposals on peaceful settlement of the conflict, which have been worked out as a result of the meetings held in the recent 2 years on the initiative of the Russian President and supported by the leaders of the co-chair countries – Russia, the USA and France, this May in Doville.
