Turkish FM Ahmet Davutoglu: "Inability to resolve protracted conflicts undermines confidence in OSCE".
Turkey
Inability to resolve protracted conflicts is undermining confidence in OSCE, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said addressing participants of the OSCE Ministerial Council.
Expansion of instruments cannot replace lack of political decisions, he said. According to Davutoglu, Turkey is ready to make contribution to the resolution of protracted conflicts on the bases of unity, territorial integrity and sovereignty.
Speaking about the Karabakh conflict, Turkish FM noted that a number of initiatives undertaken by the OSCE Minsk Group had not yielded results so far.
Welcoming the Minsk Group efforts, Davutoglu at the same time stressed importance of intensification of Co-Chairs’ efforts.
