The newspaper writes, "It has already been a few days, information is being circulated that President Serzh Sargsyan intends to visit Marseille, where he will take part in the European People's Party Congress. Till yesterday this information was not officially approved.

Yesterday "ChI" sent an official request to presidential asking to inform whether finally the President would participate in the EPP Congress, or not. Till the end of the working day, we were not responded. But late at night in the presidential website appeared the response of our request. According to it President Serzh Sargsyan will leave for Marseille on December 7 for partaking in the leaders` Summit of the European People's Party`s states and governments.

 To note, the President's leading Republican Party, as well as PAP, Rule of Law and "Heritage" Party applied for membership to the European People's Party".
