"The NA" Heritage" Party made a proposal to the government to allocate 500 million drams from 2012 budget to the families of 10 victims of March 1, as the victims died as a result of non-legitimate actions of the state bodies.

The government rejected this proposal, reasoning as follows: "The fact of non-legitimate actions of the state bodies is not proved concerning the events of March 1", writes the daily.
