William Browder, the Hermitage Capital Management CEO, has been charged with illegally buying shares in Russia's Gazprom gas giant, Russian investigators said Thursday.
Russia estimates the loss at 3 bln roubles (100 mln dollars)
Russia has summoned Browder, a UK citizen, to take part in the probe but no reaction followed.
