Fàbregas: "The fans expect more from me than others"
Sport
Cesc Fàbregas gave a press conference yesterday in which he complained that "Barça fans expect more" from him than other players. "I left and they paid €30 million for me. Every bad game I have wipes out 10 good performances," he complained.
"I graft at this club more than anyone, I'll fight to the end," he added.
The midfielder wants to turn the page and forget what happened in the Bernabéu: "The thing with Víctor [Valdés] is history. It was in the heat on the moment and this can happen to a professional when a penalty isn't given in the last minute," he argued.
As for Mourinho's comments after the match against United, he said: "We know what Mourinho is like. What he has to say about Barça or Pepe matters very little to me."
