The pre-election headquarters of Vladimir Putin at the presidential elections in Russia would be headed by film director Stanislav Govorukhin. He agreed to a proposal by Putin on December 8 meeting of the Coordinating Council of the Russian people's front (UPF).

"I'd like to see this pre-election headquarters your humility of servants was not such a technologically administrative structure, and that was open," said Putin. He expressed the desire to establish the Headquarters "ULF".
