At the NA Standing Committee on Territorial Management and Local Self-Government

On March 11 at the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Territorial Management and Local Self-Government debated and endorsed the draft law on amending the RA law “On Administrative-Territorial Division of the Republic of Armenia”.

As noted the key speaker, Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre Ashot Musayan, the lands of different categories being out of the administrative borders of the RA communities, in accordance with the programme concept of including them within the administrative borders of the communities, the lands being out of the administrative borders of the communities had been divided among borderline rural communities, lands within the administrative borders of the communities had not been included.

The bill will be included in the agenda draft laws of the NA spring session and upcoming four-day sittings.
