A few minutes ago a break was declared in Constitutional Court. During the break in the hallway activist Karen Harutyunyan, adressed Chairman of the Central Election Commission Tigran Mukuchyan a criminal.
NA RPA MP Margaret Yesayan approached the latter and blamed the cativist for instigating provocations, in response to which Karen said:
"You are Republican,aren't you? You are aslo a criminal."
