Serzh Sargsyan's plan "B"

Finally the leader of "Heritage" party Raffi Hovhannisyan presented the society very important decision and began a hunger strike at Liberty Square, which will run until March 31. Let's say that it is a way of struggle.

Of course, this format of struggle is not new in our country, a few years ago Hovannisian was on hunger strike, and in the presidential election of this kind of struggle was chosen ex-presidential candidate, Andreas Ghukasyan. Despite all these efforts, it was without results.

If guided by Serzh Sargsyan's policy, Raffi Hovannisian's this fact, at least for the treatment of attention the President has no prospects. Serzh Sargsyan has already did what he could, invited Raffi Hovannisian to a meeting, which, as it became known, Raffi Hovannisian did not agree with.

First, Hovannisian said he was ready to meet with President Serzh Sargsyan, in any place and at any time, but after a hunger strike Hovannisian said that he would meet with President Serzh Sargsyan only at Liberty Square, which can be eliminated. We can rule out if only for the reason that Serzh Sargsyan, the president of Armenia, will not dare to come to Liberty Square, at least not to hear a variety of expressions in his address, which certainly will be, and of course with a negative tone.

"We can only hope that Mr. Hovhannisyan correctly assessed the situation and was aware of the threats of de facto rejection of dialogue", this was the reply of Serzh Sargsyan's refusal to Raffi Hovannisian. In fact, we should just try to understand the context of this proposal. Here can only speak of three situations: either the threat against Raffi Hovannisian and his associates, or the threat to the country's development, or government, in its turn, does not fully represent its proposed threat. 

Both options can not be excluded, but it is also based on the fact of non-orientation of Armenia in international relations, it can be assumed that the response and the threat of Serzh Sargsyan might be related exactly to the selected way by Armenia from regional and foreign policy in general.

This is a special "Plan B", with which he will leave Raffi Hovannisian nothing, finally decides to puzzle "the West or Russia?". As a result, the guilty party will be Raffi Hovannisian, because he has refused to engage in dialogue. And this script eventually will be reflected only after 2015, when all will be irreversible for the country.
