Gas outburst kills 21 miners in southwestern China

21 miners were killed and 4 others remain missing in a gas outburst at a coal mine in southwestern China’s Guizhou Province on Tuesday.
83 miners were working underground when the accident took place, with 58 of them managing to get to the ground safely.
A search-and-rescue operation is under way, Rossiya-24 reports.
