As of 09:00 March 14th RA Selim Mountain Pass is closed, Sotk-Karvachar (NKR) highway is impassable.

As RA Ministry of Emergency reports, all inter-state and inter-communal highways in Armenia are mostly passable, sometimes there is ice.

Works on clearing and salting the roads are in process.
