The newspaper writes, "Yesterday we were informed from the RA police public and media relations department that the Police criminal investigation department had arrested the municipality employee of Ejmiatsin Norik Mirzakhanyan for keeping about 7 grams of drugs. Mirzakhanyan is known in Ejmiatsin with the nikname 'Kartol' and is considered to be  one of the close peolple of General Manvel Grigoryan. He is the director of Ejmiatsin municipal Utility Service, meanwhile the mayor of Ejmiatsin is  the son of General Manvel Grigorian - Karen Grigoryan. "
