Issue of the observation of the Armenian Presidential elections in PACE agenda

The report about the observation of the RA Presidential elections is included in the agenda of April 22-26 sprint session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. As the head of the Armenian delegation in PACE, the chairman of the permanent commission of Legal Affairs Davit Harutyunyan informed “Pastinfo.am”, the report is not yet ready.

No other issue directly related to our state is included in the agenda.

D. Harutyunyan did not exclude the possibility of serial meeting between the Azerbaijani and Armenian delegations upon the initiative of the PACE President Jean-Claude Mignon.

It should be remembered that the PACE observation mission of February 18 presidential election during the meeting with the journalists in January announced that it will present its observations and suggestions to the Assembly during the April session in Strasbourg.
