Mum-to-be Kim traded in her customary heels for more comfortable flat shoes and also showed off her new fringe.
Kim - who is expecting the arrival of her first child with boyfriend Kanye West in July - has been appearing to take it easy recently after a health scare led to concerns for her unborn baby.

The reality TV star had previously appeared to be keeping up with her hectic schedule without slowing down at all.

But despite being pictured relaxing and hanging out with friends, her rapper partner is reportedly still worried about her wellbeing.
A friend told the US version of OK! magazine: "Kim's got a real wake-up call. Kanye's been on her the last few weeks to slow down but she's carried on regardless.

"She's been using up her energy on working and not leaving much for the baby."
