Vladimir Petrosyan, Armenian by origin, is appointed acting Deputy Mayor of Moscow on social policy.
He will temporarily replace Lyudmila Shvetsova who was elected to Russia’s State Duma, RIA Novosti reports.
Petrosyan is holding the office of the head of department on social protection in Moscow city hall.
