Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia reports that as of 08:30 March 18 all interstate and inter-community roads in Armenia are mostly passable, sometimes there is ice.

Communal roads of Torosgyuh, Tsohamarg, Vardahbyur and Bashgyuh of Shirak region are closed.

Selim Mountain Pass is impassable.

According to information received from the Department of Emergency Situations Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Stepantsminda-Lars motorway is closed.
