"Zhoghovurd": Three brothers and all the three in the same condition.

The newspaper writes, "Within the 20-year history of Republic of Armenia a unique coincidence has been registered. Syunik region`s governor Republican Surik Khachatryan (nickname 'Liska') and his two brothers Serob (nickname 'Hopop') and Seyran (nickname Aghalar) Khachatryans, each managed to earn 4 criminal cases by their "just sweat" (The types of crimes are different, from hooliganism to drug addiction). However, up to recently only 'Liska' has conceded his brothers with the number of criminal cases filed against them (only 3 case), and suddenly appeared Silva Hambardzumyan and equalized the amount difference between the brothers helping to keep the tradition of impunity of criminal cases. As it is said, the brothers should be equal. With a surprising coincidence none of Khachatryan brothers was seriously punished for any case. "
