Putin condemns one-off levy on Cyprus deposits as ‘unfair’

Russian President Vladimir Putin has held an emergency meeting with his economic advisors to discuss the financial situation in the Euro zone, Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

According to Mr. Peskov, the Russian leader criticized the proposed levy on bank deposits as “unfair, unprofessional and dangerous.”
