Serzh Sargsyan: "Raffi Hovannisian knows that he has not won in the elections."

Today, at a meeting with journalists, President Serzh Sargsyan presented details of his meeting with Raffi Hovannisian after presidential elections, noting that neither "Heritage" party leader, nor the people, who were not present at the meeting, distorted the information.

According to Serzh Sargsyan, after the journalist left, he was asked whether Raffi Hovannisian considered that he won in the elections and received a negative response. But the presidential candidate, according to Serzh Sargsyan, said that his, that's Raffi Hovannisian's supporters are confident that the incumbent President has not won, too.

"Heritage" party leader expressed his frustration that the President was celebrating his victory with champagne cup in his hand, still not concluding the official election results, to which the President replied that without champagne he thanked his team, when CEC announced not official results of all the stations.
