"Hraparak": PAP's "proposals" tempting

Elections of the Council of Elders will be especially tense at the local authority, where enemy armies has been formed- forces under the control of the Republican Party against "Prosperous Armenia" Party. And because the PAP has decided to "take the capital", decided not to spare any finance or energy and do everything to make up the majority in the Council of Elders.

According to the newspaper "Hraparak" PAP invites famous forgers in communities that are still working in the favor of the authorities, and offers at least be passive in this election. Naturally, the "proposals" are so tempting that not many will be able to refuse.
