The newspaper writes, ""The ANC's (Armenian National Congress) most serious flaw is that the regime is still valid. In terms of our own shortcomings we also have announced our point of view regarding dialogue and possible cooperation with Prosperous Armenia Party (PAP). But the most essential is that we have not been able to implement change of power,"" said "Democratic Motherland" Party leader Petros Sakeyan during the talk with "Aravot" daily referring ANC`s achievements and shortcomings of last year."
