Today is the last day of forming pre-election alliances with tomorrow, March 21, being the deadline for presentations of applications for participation in the Yerevan Council of Elders elections.

The paper says today is the final day of negotiations between Freedom and Free Democrats parties and if they end successfully the parties will come up with a joint statement.

"Hraparak" also notes that RPA list consists of 100 names.
