"Hraparak": Serzh Sargsyan has already begun work on forming a new government

Back from Moscow and Brussels Sargsyan has already begun work on forming a new government.

According to the newspaper "Hraparak" Gorik Hakobian has health problems, but the police and the National Security Service of Armenia will not be united.

The new cabinet formation is expected to bring about interesting changes at Armenia’s Foreign Ministry.

The paper says it has learned from sources that Minister Edward Nalbandian is going to be back to Paris where he formerly served as Armenia’s ambassador.

Though the government is satisfied with his work, Nalbandian reportedly wishes himself to return to his ambassadorial post as he loves the city very much. The chief of Presidential Staff, Vigen Sargsyan, is going to replace Nalbandian as a foreign minister.
