On April 9, 2013 a special meeting of the National Assembly will be held in the Sport and Concert Complex after Karen Demirchyan.The draft decision was submitted by the Republican Party of Armenia.

The project was immediately put to the vote. 66 votes were "for", 6 - "against", 25 - "abstained"
