Traffic policemen' trap is profitable in Leningradyan street
Analytical
First Police Chief Vova Gasparyan announced the upside-down changes of the system, of course, only for the better, then speedometers and cameras have been appeared in the streets, and intersections, and, of course, all of this should be considered as a big step forward, but what we have now, can be only described as retreat.
Every time when TP representatives give press conference, speaking about statistics, they list only those accomplishments that have been occurred, that is, traffic accidents have decreased, in short, these speedometres and cameras are increasing day by day in every corner of the street.
But it is interesting, that before these devices appeared in the streets, all from the same Police Chief, ending with an ordinary Traffic Police officer, claimed that there would be no policemen in the streets, that is, this stepwould decrease corruption risks in policeman-driver relations. But as it turns out, and it was clear from the outset, a similar phenomenon was not registered, a radical different process appeared in Yerevan- policemen, wandering in the center of the city, have increased.
So, it turns out, the devices are used only in order to extort money, otherwise, it is useless have countless policemen in the center of the city, of course, if we exclude the method to rob the last money from the citizens, which can not be excluded.
There is construction in Leningradyan street for several months, as a result of which every day the roads for traffic, respectively, their rules are being changed. This fact, of course, the TP could not miss, goldmine. Passing the same street I noticed how in the evening police cars were standing in that part of the street, immediately responding to any car that was not able to orient in that part of the road, which had been changed 98 times a day.
Thus, that part has become the so-called policemen' trap, which is very profitable.
As a result, it turns out that the negative phenomena in the face of corruption, have taken deep root in this system, through which policemen earn mone, and the same cameras and speedometers enrich the authorities, as a result of which only citizens are plundered.
